Legendary Whistler, regarded as one of the top four-season resorts in North America, became even more world-renowned as the site of the alpine and Nordic venues for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

Getting to Whistler

From Vancouver, Whistler is a 2-hour drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway (Highway 99). Flights to Vancouver International Airport are available from almost any major city. Scheduled bus services from Vancouver and connecting locales arrive in Whistler daily. The Whistler and Valley Express (WAVE) provides year-round public bus service throughout Whistler, as well as between Whistler and Pemberton.

Blending the charm of an alpine village with the amenities of an urban centre, the pedestrianized Whistler Village offers fine dining, vibrant nightlife, eclectic boutiques, revitalising spas, and luxurious hotels.
